Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider License Renewal

All LSOTPs must renew their license biennially. To renew your license, you must complete the required continuing education hours, submit renewal documentation, and pay the renewal fee. Refer to Texas Administrative Code Title 22 §810.4 for information on continuing education requirements.

Renew your LSOTP license online through the Regulatory Services Online Licensing System

  • If this is the first time you are renewing online, you must first create a new online user account, link your license to your registration and then you will be able to login and renew your license.
  • If you have previously renewed your license online, you may sign into the online licensing system with the log in information you used when you previously renewed your license online.

Additional Information:

  • LSOTP supervisor fees, specialty treatment fees, and requests for additional certificate fees are not payable online. If you are a supervisor, have any specialties, or would like to request an additional certificate, mail a completed Form 3247, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) and Affiliate Sex Offender Treatment Provider (ASOTP) License Renewal Application, and the required fee to the address listed at the bottom of the form. 
  • If you are on "inactive status," you may not renew online.
  • If you experience an issue with the online payment system processing your payment, please confirm your payment was not received before submitting it again. Submitting a payment more than once may result in multiple charges.

Renew your LSOTP license by mail by submitting Form 3247, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider (LSOTP) and Affiliate Sex Offender Treatment Provider (ASOTP) License Renewal Application, to the following address:
