Interagency Contracts Greater Than $10 Million
Article IX, Section 7.14 of the 2024-2025 General Appropriations Act (House Bill 1, 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023) requires agencies to publish annual reports for each state fiscal year of the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2019, providing information on each interagency contract with a value that exceeds or may reasonably be expected to exceed $10 million.
