3	greater than or equal to 3 hours per day but less than 4 hours per day, not exceeding 21 hours per week
4	greater than or equal to 4 hours per day but less than 5 hours per day, not exceeding 28 hours per week
5	greater than or equal to 5 hours per day but less than 6 hours per day, not exceeding 35 hours per week
