Appendix TOC Appendix V	Menu Monitoring for DRI and DGA Compliance	Adds a menu monitoring questionnaire and checklists as resources for AAA providers to create compliant menus.
Appendix VI (New)	Caregiver Eligibility Guide	Incorporates policy from AAA Bulletin 21-01, Service Definitions for Area Agencies on Aging, Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2022, released on Aug. 24, 2021.
Glossary	Glossary	Adds definitions related to the SPR and incorporates service definition terminology section.
