Civil Rights Posters

All Texas HHS offices and contractors providing in-person services must display certain posters related to civil rights. State HHS program offices and contractors that administer U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs must display the USDA “And Justice for All” poster in addition to the civil rights posters.

These posters notify clients and customers of:

  • Their civil rights.
  • How to file a discrimination complaint.
  • How to request an accommodation or language assistance.

The posters should be displayed in areas where clients and the public can easily see them, such as lobbies, waiting rooms, front reception desks, and locations where people apply for and receive HHS services.

Email questions to the Texas HHSC Civil Rights Office or call 888-388-6332.
