Calvin Green serves as the HHS deputy executive commissioner for the Office of Data, Analytics and Performance. He is in charge of developing performance metrics across the HHS system and helping drive the adoption of data-driven decision making.
Green has been with legacy HHS systems since 2002, working for both the Department of Aging and Disability Services and the Health and Human Services Commission in a variety of roles. Before taking over his current position, he served as HHSC’s director of regulatory policy, rule and training.
Green has undergraduate degrees in political science and history from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Texas.
