Deputy Chief Information Officer of Infrastructure Services, Dan Kellogg

Dan Kellogg is the deputy chief information officer of Infrastructure Services for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. He oversees infrastructure services including networking and telecommunications, data center operations, deskside support, mobile device management, laptop and desktop management, identity and access management, and directory services.

Kellogg has over 30 years of experience leading operational and information technology (IT) teams. He has also supported semiconductor manufacturing IT teams in Asia, Europe and the U.S.

He joined HHSC in January 2020 and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
