Texas Works Paths to Success

The Texas Works Paths to Success program offers training and educational resources that enable participants to create a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities. Partnering with local organizations and high schools, participants who complete the training program begin their careers with Health and Human Services, supporting those in need in their communities. After following the path to full-time employment, participants then have access to additional personal and professional development and growth opportunities. Ultimately, the unique program offered by Texas Health and Human Services aims to reduce the effects of situational and generational poverty by increasing economic self-sufficiency, educational opportunities, and housing stability of its participants.
