Online Meeting
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct an online public hearing on November 30, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CST, to review and receive public comment on Comprehensive Hospital Increase Reimbursement Program (CHIRP) proposed state fiscal year (SFY) 2025 quality metrics and performance requirements. This hearing is being held in compliance with CHIRP rule 1 Tex. Admin. Code § 353.1307.
This hearing will be conducted online only and will not have a physical location.

Written Comments
Written comments regarding the proposed quality metrics and performance requirements may be submitted instead of, or in addition to, testimony at the public hearing until 11:59 pm on December 8, 2023 at this link .
