Revised ICF/IID Providers Guidance for COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting (PL 2021-05)

Revised PL 2021-05 COVID-19 Vaccination Reporting (PDF) is published. Intermediate care facilities for individuals with an intellectual disability or related conditions now have updated instructions to report vaccine data to HHSC using Survey Monkey. Updates include reporting vaccines that occurred at an off-site location. The data will allow HHSC to accurately track vaccines of staff and residents in long-term care facilities in Texas.

Facilities must begin reporting vaccine data immediately. Complete the online survey here.
