HHSC Long-term Care Regulation has published revised PL 2020-57, HHSC Guidance to HCS Program Providers and ICF/IID Regarding Tours for Prospective Residents/Individuals (PDF). The PL provides guidance for when an individual wants to tour a prospective residence or facility in a community setting.
