HHSC has published Provider Letter 2021-13 Introducing the Waiver Survey and Certification Provider Portal (PDF). The WSC Provider Portal is an online system that Home and Community-based Services and Texas Home Living Waiver program providers will use to upload required documents to HHSC and access records.
